These terms govern your use of TACIBO — the mobile app and this website. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use TACIBO.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity that happens under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use TACIBO.
You own the recipes, photos, videos, and text you upload. By posting content, you grant TACIBO a license to store, display, and distribute it within the app — for example, showing your public recipes in Discover, or to a family member you've added — for as long as your content remains on the platform.
You may privately import a recipe from another website or a photo of a physical recipe for your own personal cookbook. You may not publish an imported recipe to the public Discover feed unless you are the original creator, or you've removed the original source's images and rewritten the text in your own words. Publishing someone else's recipe, photos, or writing as your own is a violation of these terms and may result in the content being removed and your account being suspended.
If you publish public recipes, you may set your own price for a single-recipe unlock, a bundle ("a TACIBO Cookbook"), or a recurring premium feed — any combination, at your discretion.
You may designate up to five other TACIBO users as family. Recipes in your cookbook — whether written, saved, or purchased — become visible to your family members. Do not add someone as family who you don't intend to share your saved and purchased content with.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including repeated authorship-gate violations on imported recipes.
TACIBO is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the app reliable and your content safe, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted recipes (including allergen or dietary information) — always use your own judgment when cooking, especially around allergies.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email before they take effect.
